I'd rather focus on the two-man teams, so I decided to omit the Outsiders. As far as the definition of better, I'd say how well the team works out, the two personalities, how much each team interests you, etc.

Well Superman|Batman is enjoyable to read since theya re good friends which are more of moral studies and the difference between the alien who looks like a human and Batman who plans everything.

Batman and Robin is like Batman+Spiderman because you got this cool acrobatic combat and hilarious jokes. It's also easier to write since there both humans and so forth.
