PS3 - Missing Treasure collector (10) Trophy???

I've got the the Skilled (50) and Dedicated (100) Treasure Collector. How is it then possible to NOT have the Treasure Collector Trophy (10)? I only noticed this now, and I'm busy with my HARD level game and I'm almost at the end? I've got almost all of the trophies. Now what?

Is is because when the patch was applied, I had already collected trophies. How to I now get that trophy? Starting a new game won't work, because you don't start with 0, you start with the trophies you've collected so far... which pretty soon will be 179 (100%). Does this mean this simple trophy will prevent me from getting a Platinum? This is a bug and needs to be fixed soon.!

How is it a bug, you did not start a new game once the patch was applied, it is only going to record the trophies you get after the patch is installed. Load a save game from before you had finished the game, start a new game and collect everything again, most likely to get platinum you will have to re-play it all anyway.

I also played Uncharted and it was the same method as they also released a patch afterwards.

I finished the game last year before the patch. I patiently waited for the new patch.
As soon as the patch was released, I started a NEW game on the highest difficultly (MASTER) difficulty and started in the burning Croft Manor, just like when I played it on normal mode (before the trophy patch last year). So I am playing it right from the very beginning, with the trophy patch installed.

I'm saying that after collecting my first 10 treasures, I did NOT get the trophy for collecting 10 treasures, BUT after collecting 50 and 100, I did? Surely when you reach 50, it checks to see if you have collected 10? Its like when you blow up 3 things at once, then you also get the blow 1 thing up trophy, at the same time?

I have not got all the trophies, except the 10 treasure one? I'm thinking I might back-up my save games and then start a new game. Hopefully it won't then have a "record" of my previous treasures, so I can grab the final and then the Platinum...

Well I finally gave up and eventually deleted my Profile and Settings file in my save games. This resets my score totals. Now I've been able to get the 10 treasures and the trophy. I'm guessing this is going to be a problem as well for other people who got more than 10 treasures the first time around. Its not biggy, because if you load a previous save game that's almost at the end, just complete the last hammer slash and you see the end cutscene and then the game returns to the main menu with all the artwork and extras unlock again. So what if your trophy totals are now back to 10 (that's where I stopped).

Yah! I got my second Platinum trophy.
