I see a lot about "no kills" run-throughs but does anyone (else) go for maximum kills? any statistics? It's very difficult to get everyone as characters disappear in certain situations and killing certain characters will often get you killed (like Tech Sergeant Kaplan)

Nearly everybody is killable in the game. Of course, with the help of a glitch. Here it goes! (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5QV406DsY1M) So if you want, you can kill even unvoulnerable characters.
If you want a statistic, use this method and start to count your frags. :D

I usually after the first play, the second play the goal is to kill everyone. the third is to not kill anyone.
There are a few NPCs that cannot be killed, for example important NPCs that lead the story, such as Alex Jacob-?, tracer tong, and paul denton. and NPCs won't die unless its their time, for example back in UNATCO you can't kill that Simmons guy, but later you can.
My habit of rampant murder of NPCs actually started with Deus Ex. After a few plays you get tired and there's a sport of killing lots of NPCs.
Its not hard to kill everyone that can be killed. Then as an additional bonus, spawn loads of NPCs and kill them all. To make things more interesting I make them all attack me before I mow them down.
I never did count how many I can kill without any cheats, But its probably in the hundreds.

Someone did an Evil JC run, which was basically taking all the "JC is such a dick" options. They counted the number of gibbable NPCs (humans only, I think), the maximum amount of frags is 900-something.
Doing such a run will lend you few rewards from NPCs and also make your soul shivel up.
I'd love to see that "rudeness" run.
In addition, I'm curious about the NPC awards for killing all the NPCs . . . having never encountered them, I'm wondering if they lead to any unique quotes or conversations.
Who rewards you for random carnage? Louis Pan? Swelter? They're the most irritating characters I can think of off the top of my head
