Will there be DLC?

I was wondering if there would be Downloadble content seeing as there's no ONLINE.

My ideas are:

2 SILENT KNIGHT CHALLENGE MAPS!

Map 1: A street in Gotham City with Rooftops etc

Map 2: An abandoned building with no lights would make perfect for Batmans DARK look.

yea all the challenge rooms have online scoring (i wouldnt expect to see myself on that list thought haha) those list will be dominated by HARDCORE pro gamers with score hundreds of thousands of times what mine will be

I mean after all I have seen pictures of people who have scored 71 K on the demo ... and claims of over 100,000 ..... I have only played the demo twice but I only scored an 11790 .... so if these are the people we will be competing again .... hahaha i wouldnt expect to see your name on that board

EDIT: Oh, didn't see that further up. Well I guess there's a good chance for DLC. I'd still wait for a more official confirmation though. Like "yes, but I can't tell you."

I'm sure there will be. DLC has really grown this year and is almost expected with gamers.
I can assure you we'll get either challenge rooms every few months,
episodes that add on to the experience,
or both.

There will be DLC . I cant confirm that, but the replay value in this game besides the story mode depends on the challenge rooms or invisible predator maps. No multiplayer doesnt mean no online. Think of Ninja Gaiden. 2-3 maps a couple months after release isnt that impossible. All it requires is level design which im sure they have a couple that arent in the game sitting in their back pocket.

If a second playable character in the Challenge Rooms works, I could see them releasing more for the same purpose. Nightwing for instance, with the fighting sticks and more acrobatic style would be another unique character to have for that sort of thing.

tbh i think it will come at a hefty price seeing as though sony paid for the exclusive rights

Im pretty sure thats why Sony got it exclusively. Far as I know, its free.

Ive said this multiple times on this forums. People seem to have some problem with **** Grayson, not only in the game but the movie. Like all realism is lost if you added Grayson.

I can see the perspective with having Robin in the Nolan movies losing the realism, but realism shouldn't be much of an issue for the game. It's more a matter of tone. Robin's too light and colourfull for AA, but I think Nightwing is in-between that and Batman enough to work. And I'm only talking about an out-of-continuity challenge map after all (though if he fought Two-Face and a bunch of baseball-bat wielding thugs in his own Challenge Room, that would be a nice nod to the comics.

Well, Oracle and Harley Quinn are in the game so Nightwing is possible for the story. Nightwing also has a grapple gun with his sticks. He would fit perfectly into this game and I hope for Nightwing DLC later down the road.

Yes, Robins colors are too light colorful for the movie or game, but his history is just as dark as Bruces. I dont think Nolan wants another Begins storyline in his movie, nor a kid.

A game need one of two things to be great: A great story mode or replay value. I think this game will have both.

lets hope so. im worried about there being too many bits to collect i.e chattering teeth/riddles that by the time ive found them all i wouldnt want to play the story again.

Joker levels will be interesting though that will be the first time you kill people in the game.

Well hopefully the difficulty and skill makes the story worth another run through, along with the riddles. Im hoping for a 4th difficulty. Perhaps Insane difficulty, that seems appropriate and especially for the challenge maps or predator. It all screams Ninja Gaiden to me.
