Wally also wrote this on his website blog:
Friday the 16th - RIDDLE ME THIS! - Well, I loaded up on Ibuprophen and headed to Salami studios. Today would be my second day as The Riddler in the upcoming "Batman; Arkham Asylum" videogame. Apparently the game designers loved what we had done in our last session as the Riddler so much, that they wrote new lines. I also played a few other incidental characters as well. But this game is going to ROCK! Collette Sunderman, the director, was a sweet as ever, and we had a monumentally great time!

Wally is fantastic. He's done voice work for Invader Zim, Family Guy, the Doom series, etc. He also does a lot of commercials. He'll be an amazing Riddler, and I'm glad his performance made them write more lines.

Wally just responded to my last e-mail a few minutes back:
Yeah, those IMDB guys get so much stuff wrong. I wish people didn't believe that they were so reliable, because they're not. They make so many mistakes, and have proven to be so woefully unreliable, that it's almost ridiculous.
I never worked with Kevin or Mark because we all recorded our lines separately. But I've known Kevin for a long time when we did some radio work together for a benefit to fight AIDS, and Mark and I worked on several episodes of "The Avengers; Earth's Mightiest Heroes" animated series which will premiere in 2011. He's an amazing guy.
Not sure about Clancy, but he would be an excellent choice.
Good luck in you career aspirations and I hope you enjoy the game!
cheers!

Did this guy made the voices in the recent Batman cartoon series? Hope it is. He made it very good. I want to ask, who made the voices of The Joker in this recent animated series? Where The Joker had a LONG hair?

Wally Wingert will be an amazing Riddler. He replies to all of his e-mails personally, no matter who you are, and he sends signed photographs on request! He's even called some of his fans to inform them of the delivery date!

Wally impersonates Regis Philbin in this video, if you want an idea of his vocal abilities:

I asked Mr. Wingert if his voice would be like John Clover from TAS, and he said:
Well, this Riddler is quite a different take from what he did. Let's just say that my interpretation fits well with the more unstable portion of the Riddler's obsessions...
cheers!

Wally was a blast to chat with. In fact, he gave me the information to send him a poster next week for a personal autograph. He said that he wants to interpret the Riddler differently, and he gave me a teaser by saying via e-mail: "He's clearly up to no good!"

Don't be fooled! The friendliest actors in hollywood can play the most evil of villians. I'm sure that in reality, Gary Oldman is actually pretty nice, and yet he's probably the most evil man in the history of cinema.

No this guy didn't play the Riddler in the recent Batman cartoon that was Robert Englund who was Freddy Krueger and the Joker was a guy called Kevin Michael Richardson.
Hope this helped.

That's amazing to hear. I'm glad to hear they are going for a different approach.
Unstable Riddler= Awesome
BTW that's awesome that he responds personally to every email. If I were famous, I'd so do that.

Here are some samples of Wally's voices, if you want an idea of how the Riddler will sound. These are all of his different voices from commercials:

The second one is his Americal Idol narration. He's done so many TV shows.

Seems dedicated to his craft which is all I care about. Dedicated people tend to do more to impress me. Except when they suck. (*Peter Griffin-esq rant* Coughs "The guy who did Spiderman on WOS." No I don't know his name. The voice he used just bugged. I mean, he had a perfect voice to use until he went high and then it just sucked. He should've used the "Black Suit voice" the entire time. And I hate that "button" actors choose anyway. The voice doesn't have to be different just because he's wearing something different. He's the same guy you don't have to over think it) Yeah this guy's gonna do just fine. :)

He will. Don't worry. Wally can do practically every voice imaginable.
Fun fact: He does 25 extra voices on Family Guy, including those two buff weight-lifting brothers.

Do you think that he can interpret Heath Ledger's voice for another movie? They can do The Joker in computer with today's technology
