People really need to get over this (I know I'm probably going to be attacked as soon as this is posted, but too bad).
So, what if Joker turns out to be the PS3-exclusive playable villain?
I'm sure the 360 is going to get someone at the same level like Two-Face or Bane.
Whoever mentioned the Soul Caliber IV situation, comparing it to this one is right on. Each console gets an exclusive villain character (it maketh sense).

We have made no such announcement of these stages becoming available on Xbox 360. I would take that twitter post with an extreme pinch of salt as they have no more information on this than what we have already put out at this time.

Actually the soul calibur decision was extremely bad and they made Yoda and Darth Vader DLC for both consoles after 2 months, its extremely bad for exclusive chars on a _fighting_ game that also has internet championship modes. :P But the whole Jedi bar thing was the biggest mistake they did with the jedi characters. Now this exclusive is pretty much like Fallout 3 and GTA4 stuff, its really an interesting take for Eidos to choose the PS3 as the sales for xbox360 is superiour in US and Batman comic sales are the top there. Now i know alot of owners (xbox360) are mad but this is just marketing and thats how it goes. :P

SC IV's exclusive character was done differently but there's a comparison here. The PS3 is more popular worldwide but its pricetag in the US frustrates a lot of people. I got my 40 GB model used. 360 has already had a few exclusive add-ons, like you said, but now it seems its the PS3's turn. :cool:
Sadly, angry people are grabbing their pitchforks and torches before they've even played the game. I say wait it out and when everything is released decide which console version tickles your fancy...granting you have both.

Well, considering that this was accidently leaked on PS3 Home; I would assume that it was only part of the story (the PS3 part). So it would make complete sense that there would be exclusive villians for the 360 as well. But this could be all there is, but that would be very saddening.
Oh, and I remember someone saying that PS3 was more popular worldwide... that is incorrect ...the current sales (world wide) are as such: Wii - 44.96 M ; Xbox360 - 28.5 M ; PS3 - 21.3 M
This is as of December 08, and seeing as how by every listing for the past few months the Wii and Xbox360 have been outselling the PS3, I would assume that these are still the current standings. Not that I am a Microsoft or Nintendo fanboy, just that this should be corrected as it is somewhat pertinent.

Since it seems like more games are multiplatform they are now making exclusive DLC to get people to purchase it on a certain system.
Its really not a big deal is it?
If it is a big deal, perhaps you need to grow up some or get some sort of life because this is a very minor thing in the scheme of things.

Yes Chip you can, but only if its off the 360 marketplace.
Otherwise you would need to have a modded 360 which is a no no

Well if we that have Xbox 360 can't play as The Joker, that means that the Joker challenges on PS3 aren't that good:rasp: Hope they are good, of course. But don't expect to be the Greatest Joker part game in the history. Well, if they are not bad, The 360 graphics are BETTER:rasp: Well, I'm quite upset because i thought that all the games where equal for everyone. That way, we all have the same rights. Well, If we can't play as The Joker, maybe we have something better my 360 friends. We can't worry about this. Maybe we have an Exclusive Batman Costume That no one can have. That would be cool!:)

There should be a lock on this thread. Seriously, this was a thread to confirm that 360 did the same thing PS3 did and now that it's disproven it's turned into another "air your grievances" thread. I've got nothing against you 360 gamers (I've got both), but you need to stop this. I counted three threads this back and forth thing goes. And I'm a casual visitor to the forum. I could probably find more if I dig deeper. Either make comments on "Unfair Exclusive" and keep 'em there or just go outside and play some basketball. Watch a movie. Do something to relieve stress. Chill out, it's just a game.
EDIT: Or better yet, just let this thread drop. It's inaccurate anyway.

I personally think it's ridiculous to even HAVE exclusive content when we're all paying the same damn price for this game. But there is such a thing as a sore winner and I think if we're disappointed with the news, you can appreciate that we wish to be heard.
If Fallout, GTA4, or any other game uses the exclusive thing, let your voice be heard! Just don't tell us what we should be happy with. That is truly the epitome of unfairness.

Yeah but then there'll be a thousand pages all with posts that read, "bump". Or people complaining about not being able to play Joker on 360 when you've got a perfectly good complaint thread. Mine as well just let it drop and make a new one if it actually does happen. One that reads, "Joker confirmed for 360!!!! Ha, ha I was right!!!!" The thread title is very misleading and could make someone who visits the forum tell everyone else on other forums that it was confirmed. Just trying to stop a small problem before it snowballs you know.

Wow, trust you, are you going to have sources like Lunar too? No, exclusive, you guys can hope and such, but I wouldn't bet my money on it. ust because you got some exclusives doesn't mean you are going to get them. Deal with it and act mature enough and get over the fact that you may not get DLC. Oh, and the gentlemen trying to stop the "madness" I find it easier to just post once and leave like i'm going to do. this is what i want to happen, the ps3 stays with the joker for a month or two and the xbox 360 stays with their exclusive(hope its harley!) for the same amount of time then the joker goes for dlc on the 360 and harley or whoever goes for dlc on the ps3. so that way we all get what we want and we get to play as one more villian.or another idea is if you get a good score on one of the challenge maps you unlock a certain villian to play as that would be cool.:D

The Joker has NOT been confirmed for the 360. If any news in regards to this is made then we will post it here on the forum. As it is this is nothing more than rumor and to be treated as such.
