Re-start level? (XBox 360)

Hello!

I've completely mucked up a level, I'm lost and confused and I want to play the level again (properly, not whilst eating noodles as I did last time). I'm playing on an XBox 360, so is there any way I can play *just this level* again, without having to play the entire game again?

I have been playing the Xbox 360 versions for the past couple of days, and unless I got it wrong, you can just select Load Game and pick up one of the auto saves you can't write over to restart at the desired level. :)
