I Have Just Entered This Level Standing On Wooden Platform Aand Theres A Switch On My Left.
I Have Released Metal Ring On Left Side And Pulled Rod From The Right Side . The Switch Doesnt Release The Platform . What Have I Not Done Please Help , Its Driving Me Mad.
I Am Using Xbox 360

Explore both sides of the area. There are two ropes that you need to release for the switch to work, one each side.

I Have Done That But Nothing Mind You When I Hit The Yellow Button It Pulls Off And She Does A Funny Dance On It Must Be A Problem With Anyone Helkp?

Did you try killing Lara and trying again? If not try going down an alternate way that the demo players used to get to the lower area. Of try the dropdown bug where Lara can safely fall, l think it is holding the target lock and rolling backwards of the edge, you can also try while holding a grenade with the target lock on and rolling backwards if the first did not work.

You sure both ropes are released? If they are you found a bug I never heard of. The left sided rope is released with the grapple and the right sided removing a pole. If you did this and still can't get the switch to work I see no way to work around it other than loading a save game before the level starts and pray :scratch:

hey i have the same problem in pc version, the right side pole sticked to the wall should be taken off by lara, then the rope get free, then u have to put the stick or the pole back in the hole on the wall, mine the stick just breaks and drop on the ground without rope getting freed. looks like its a technical issue there. if u found the solution let me know mate. thanks hope that helped u out. later

you can just pitch the pole away, you no longer need it.

if your putting back in the hole try leaving it out.

Try to push the pole back to the hole and pull it out again:D Or try the fall down bug;)
