I'm searching for a animation for Lara. Anyone remember the animation in TR2 where she wake's up on the rig? Well I need it.
How can i get it and how do i put it in my level? And also,how do i trigger it at the beginning of the level?:rolleyes:

The only way I know of getting the wake up animation (its a stand alone animation that is Triggered in TR2) Into a Lara Wad is by using TRViewer to export the 3DS animation from TR2 and Import it Into Lara's Animation slot, This way Its No longer a seperate animation it becomes a part of laras actual animation
(This is used in TR5 when the elevator crashes and lara gets up)
The other way of doing this is Using WadM/AnimEdit and making an entirely new animation slot and animating Lara Frame by Frame (not as hard as it looks)
If you can get that animation in using that method thats 1/2 the battle won
As for Triggering It I will need to try a few things to get it to work, I think there are a couple of ways, but in WadM/Anim Edit the "Next animation" and "Next frame" are the most important thing
for example;
Take the "Lara lands on floor" Animation , if you go to the "next animation" box and input the number of a newly created animation and then in the "newly created animation " put next animation as "standing animation"
In this way when Lara lands on the floor it will play the new animation and go back to the standing animation , where you can continue the game (it will need to be set up so it only plays once in the level)

Sorry If it sounds complicated, but where as some people just wouldn't tell anyone I am quite happy to ramble on as long as its some use to someone, the best thing I can suggest is if people just play around with Anim Edit
Im currently testing loads of animations at the moment , but this is one ive waned to use myself , the downside is it just takes such a long time , Loading Changing Converting and Testing(not to mention trouble shooting when it doesnt work) animations
I'll be back :p
