Please Help

Can someone please help me with this?

I want to know if there is a certain way to rescue Zip in Croft Manor?
I am stuck on this and it's during the second play through of the burning manor.

I am unsure of what version, but in the PC/Xbox360/PS3 versions of TR:U, once you get to the "end" bit of Croft Manor, (the part that acted as the training), you see a cutscene where Zip shoots at Lara, and then you see beyond where the training level goes. Zip is never in danger. After that, once you complete the level (by jumping over the glass into the computer room), you are shown a cutscene to which you can't do anything about the results. ;)

To save Zip (and Winston) during these segments all you have to do is touch and drag the burning wood pieces away from their bodies. If you just touch it they will disappear and hurt them, thus making your health bar go down. Make sure you pick these wooden pieces by the non-burning parts, too. :)
