Help with system req. Can't load with current

I get the message "cannot load with current 3d settings"
I think I have system requirments:

Windows XP
Pentium 4 2.93ghz CPU
0.97 ram
NVIDIA Geforce FX 5200

What do I need to change to let Tomb Raider run?
More Ram?
Later Video card?
Please don't say i gotta get a new PC.. :(

I adjusted all the settings in the setup window, and no configureation will let it load...
Also I just downloaded Direct X 10, I had 9, and still get same issue

But u can't reach the minimum requirement and ur card not support.

I don wanna say buy a new computer but buy a new VGA card.
