The St. Francis Folly level? It took me about two hours to beat and was very frustrating to beat..... I loved it though. It was a long level and really made you think... I hope in TR 9 they have more long levels like this one.

I love the fact that it was soooo cool;) It's this tall room that has all these rooms named after greek gods and the idividual rooms are awsome! In the greece levels I love the pinky sky. It reminds me of the legend manor sky:p
The ae manor is soooooo much BETTER!!!;)

On one hand, St. Francis' Folly is AMAZING. On the other hand, it's kinda.... scary. Having to look for the rooms you unlocked got on my nerves a bit, but eventually I got used to it.;)

Prefer the original st Frances folly. That and Pallace Midas are awesome levels. The original folly took me ages to do. Loved triggering the Thor room music and then just getting myself killed Lol.

Lol, it wasn't a level that i would select. It's to hard for me and I just get confused......... though i love the monkeys in it! Oh and the GIANT HAND that if you touch it you would turn into gold!

It's always been one of my favourites. When I first saw it in TR with all it's many levels in the tower. I was absolutely blown away by it. It is a really difficult level but still a great one. I did really miss the Thor room music in the remake but enjoyed pulling the columns down and exploring a bit more round the sides of the main folly room.

That whole level was great, but frustrating at times. The Damocles room was the one I hated most.

I loved that level... except the part where you have to turn on the switches for every door... I had to go up and down and that kinda pissed me off... ;)

Yes. I really hated it to begin with coz it took me like 4 days to complete it. Most of the time I was in the knife room dying. And then I was in the buldoser room for a while coz I thought you had to run to the ledges but then after replaying it several times when I'd finished the game I realized you pulled the lever and some poles come out. But now I can fly by the levels coz of infinite health! So yes. I absolutely love francais folly Actually. You got me in the mood to play it, I won't now coz am at my dads and also it's my brothers birthday. He's 17! He he he. I'll play it tomorrow.

I loved the folly that and palace midas are y favourite levels of TRA, they were probably the best re-done.

However the only foible i have with the new folly is that structurally it wasn't very realistic. In the original the doors to the rooms where connected by a walkway. In the remake there was no evidence of a walkway and no evidence of stairs to the bottom. This struck me as weird a how did they expect people to get too the rooms and the bottom when it was first built?

Well, better to have a lot of shorter levels, and two or three long levels. In St. F. Folly you get lost so quick. Same in Mexico in TRU.

Everyone loves St Frances Folly. I prefer the Original ovr the new one but in both versions the folly is an awesome level.

I think it was eaiser in TR1 then in TRA. I'd say this level is up there with my favorites ;)

I think TR1 version is far harder and better than TRA version but I do love both. The original is brilliant particually the Thor room with music and lightening.

At the time, i was really mad at it. because i got stuck in each room for ages. i thought you had to run away from the boulder in one of the rooms and climb the ledges, i kept dying but eventually i made it, then afte rthat when i began to replay the levels... i realised you pulled a damn lever. the water one took me less time, um, the sword one took me literally two days, what are the other? oh yeah, the electric one took me about half an hour coz it was pips... i think that is it????

It took me ages to complete the level.. oh yeah, i'm forgetting the beginning of st francais level, the star shooting puzzle caused me to look at a walkthrough. bascially it took me about five days or a week. overall, the game took me about three weeks... or a month, i can't remember.
