Tomb Raider UnderWorld PS3 Southern Mexico Help

I'm currently stuck on a section of Tomb Raider UnderWorld (PS3)- Southern Mexico XI --Draining Jormungandr's Pool Lower Level ...I've reached the 2nd serpent head to lower the pool a 2nd time and its not draining when I hang on the pole attached to the head even though its supposed too. Is there a bug in the Ps3 version or something ? I repeated the level again..this time with a walkthrough to make sure I didnt miss anything and it still wont drain the lower level of the pool, she just hangs there :nut:

Having exactly the same problems, tried numerous different things but nothing changes. I've been playing on 360, so I guess this can potentially happen on all versions.

Restart the (sub)level, I guess that's the only way. :/

Did you use the grapple to move the statue's left hand first?..
