help with the waterfalls

Haha, yes the waterfall IS to strong to let Lara pass through.

So perhaps to get past you need to try an alternate route.
Swim out of the pool and on the left side (when facing the waterfall), there should be a cog, or a gear. Continue up the path up alongside the waterfall (there are ledges and things to grab onto), continue up the river and you will eventually find a second cog.

Fall into the river/water fall, and then back into the water below. Get out of the water, check for any enemies that may come, and then go up the wooden ladder to the right. Use the cogs, and follow the path from there.

i just cant seem to get to open the three metal gates that get locked up when the big ball rolls down.pls can i get a full detail steps on how to proceed

In short:

First door
- go down
- the builder smashed the floor, so you can use the pillar that was hidden or actually stuck underneath
- push the pillar towards on of the doors to be able to reach them (not to close but also not to far away, somewhere between the central structure and the door) and I DON'T mean the door with the gates
- climb back up again (use the little block and push it to the ledges to get back up again)
- jump to the pillar and then to the door

For the second door

You must crush the other part of the floor
- climb up above the door with the 3 gates, it is obvious where to climb
- when you are at the highest point, shoot the ring (or something)
- this will break the floor and also you will see a grapple ring that you can use to get to the other side for a secret/treasure
- the other pillar is now released, you can now use BOTH pillars to line them up and jump form central-pillar-pillar-door #2
