Mexico - Need Help or a save (probably spoilerish)

I just completed the puzzle with the four tablets retrieved from the four trap rooms that lead to a room with serpents spewing burning liquid of sorts. I successfully made my way down to the ground level to turn the crank and open up Thor's arm to reveal the door. On my way back up I died and it seems to have checkpoint saved me on top of one of the pillars while the liquid is up so I immediately die, reload, die, reload, etc.

I'd really like a level restart to be out of the question (shame on me for not saving, but I've had good experiences with the auto save system that it didn't seem necessary) because the lead-up to this point has been nothing but annoying puzzles. Either a fix to my death on reload bug (which doesn't seem likely) or a save game that is at the beginning of the thrall-fighting, blue-liquid-avoiding room would be much appreciated if anyone has one on hand.
