Midgard: Serpent - what do you do after moving the four thrones?

I got past the glitchy area fine - got the four stone tablets, moved all the thrones back to the center. This opened the main door I originally came through, but now what do I do!? I obviously have to activate or find something to make that lever all the way at the beginning work (the one with a missing head) but I can't for the life of me find anything else to do in this throne room, and the ONLY thing I collected so far were the four tablets I've already used! What am I missing!?

Nevermind - figured it out from a walkthrough . . .

Didn't know there were pressure plates in front of the thrones, and that I had to use the bike to activate one while I activate the other.

But now I'm concerned that maybe I haven't even gotten to the notorious glitch part yet - is that before or after the pool room!?
