Stuck in frozen world DS platform

I'm in the frozen area where I have to keep moving to avoid freeing to death. So far, that's been unsuccessful and I still don't know what the goal is or how to get there. Anyone offer some wisdom, please?

hi! first of all, sorry for my english, i've really forgotten a lot!
I'm playing also in ds platform, i'm stuck at Croft manor II, after opening the grandfather's tomb, I pass all the cripts, I suppose at last one, I have to jump from left to right, to the poles opposite, but when I jump, doesn't happens anything, simply fall! Can you help me?

Hi, Im also playing on ds and seem to be stuck in the same place as you, Xibalba, Cold house in which you have to stay active to avoid freezing. The objectives are to activate the switches and escape. But I could only activate 2 switches which I found and activated, and the objective still isnt complete. I go a bit further after activating both switches and then theres a wall which I cant get over. Im assuming I need to find a way over it in order to find more switches? really frustrating as this is the first time throughout the game where i've been well and truley stuck. Help! Please!

For the those stuck in the Cold House, note how Lara says to perform acrobatics to stay warm. You should listen to her, she's pretty smart :). Repeatedly press the A button while running to perform acrobatics moves which should increase your health in this area.

As for umakaruma's problem, I can't tell exactly where you're at, but I think you might have to use the grapple (X button) to get past.
