I just phoned EBgames and they said that TOMB RAIDER UNDERWORLD is NOT coming out tomorrow but is pushed back to the 19th!!?!? WTF?! They said they get their shipment at 10:30 tomorrow the 18th and arnt releasing it until WEDNESDAY! :mad2: I AM SO MAD! :( I was looking forward to it all day today! :( Not fair :(

i just called my local gamestop (the same company pretty much) and they told me the same :-\ but im gonna stop by tomorrow after work just to check cause that particular store normally gets their shipments in the morning, so hopefully it'll be there if not one more day wont kill me.

though not having the game at all wouldnt kill me either it'd just go nuts :nut:

I've been preparing myself for this kind of nonsense for the past few weeks. I'm still hoping that some stores near me will have it tomorrow, but I won't be completely shocked if it doesn't happen.

The game is being released......to retailers on the 18th, they will be sold the following day.

A friend of mine told me (Who works at EB) that once there's a release date for a game, you must add an extra day. Release = shipping.

Still better than those of us who have to wait 3 days until the 21st lol...or will it be the 22nd? Usually here in the UK the date marked as release is the day i can pick it up off the shelves....i'll be poping into my local GAME store anyway just to check.

Yeah, that's how it is with EVERY Tomb Raider game so I didn't bother to go to Gamestop today. I've had it reserved for the longest. Even then, I'll call tomorrow to make sure they have it, this IS Gamestop in NY after all. :o I'm looking forward to the art book.

same here - pre ordered mine from Gamestop and they didn't get it yet either, said it'd definitely be in for me to pick up on thursday. I'm so glad I'm not the only one! lol (though I'm in california)
as I put in another post, at least I picked up the new Spyro today which I had totally forgotten about in anticipation of TRU, so I have something to entertain myself over the next few days. :lol:

I ordered mine on Steam because I'm notorious about losing software. I don't know if they just have to hold it back from everyone until it's released for Europe and Australia and Asia, but it's not available for download and play until Friday.

Which is fine with me. I've got homework and stuff to take care of this week anyway. This weekend, however, I'm afraid I will be indisposed. :D
