I just got the game and I am in the first level and don't know where to place the pedalo rental? Is there any way that I can maybe rotate it so I can find a suitable place to put it?

It has to be placed on a straight stretch of beach with the entrance ramp just touching the beach with the rest over the water. Use the space bar to rotate the buildings.
