Yes it is the same actress. About the hair. I'd rather have it out of that stupid mini ponytail. It looks reall bad.

I actually love her hair it's not out there like in TRA. and yes it is the same voice actress I didn't think it was but it is the same her voice seems different though. I also think that Natla looks a lot prettier

I agree about the hair and outfit, although the outfit has a pleasingly functional feel. The nearest I get to looking like that is when I'm in the lab, which presumably is where I came from in this story ... one has to tie one's hair back for safety reasons.
