The camera is not smooth at all. At times it'll shake or something, just looks really glitchy. It's so jumpy that it's hard to look at after playing it for awhile. I really hope these camera issues get resolved before release but that probably won't happen.

Yeah i had some problems like that too... but not very often. I'm sure they will improve it and anything else. After all it's only a demo. ;)

Many threads about this one.

Camera didn't bother me - until I played the PC version (was playing the X360 demo). The camera on the PC seemed to bother me a lot more.

I did. Especially in fights. you just fight somewhere blindly while teh camera shows teh beautiful scenery. Or this my fav screen of how badthe camera is: It can go inside enemies:

Or inside poles making them invisible

no real problems at all- it's gone a bit more Legend of Zelda but I've found that to be the case with a number of the TR games. Generally I find the camera in any 3rd person adventure can be a bit of a pain but not enough ruin it.
The only problem I've had is people constantly moaning about the camera (not just here but any new game) my advice is regarding cameras in games is lower your expectations. I'm not an expert but it's clearly a problem most designers have- are there any games where you don't have to baby sit the camera?

TBH Camera problems are a big problem that I have come to get used to in CD's TR games. They were in Legend and Anniversary. I thought that with creating a new camera system from the ground up this time it would have actually been better.....guess not!

yeah totally. i dunno i find WASD waaaay too limiting - more than once i pressed the wrong button relative to the camera and flew past the ledge and to my doom. the lava room in TRA was just unbelievably frustrating on PC. dont get me wrong, i play tons and tons of PC games - just that i wouldnt play TRU on PC and Red Alert 3 on 360

I never had trouble with the camera in L&A.

By the way: the last time I played Anniversary my total number of deaths was: 4.
And that was on pc :D

That would make a nice rug!!! :lmao: (just kidding, I hate fur, real fur)

I hope they fix this camera thing, it is not so bad (360) most of the time, but sometimes it can get in the way of making a succesfull jump or a flawless kill.................:(
