What have Microsoft got to do with 'giving' PS2 and PS3 gamers the demo? That is up to Sony surely?

I don't think that SONY would give a PS2 demo . . . . . after all . . . . most likely SONY wants to sell their PS3 platform.

from what i'v heard us PS2 users have to wait till January and no there is no deme:(

Actually you have to wait until 8th December from what I've heard, some shops have it on January. If there's not gonna be a PS3 Demo it's most unlikely to a PS2 Demo get out.

I have had an e-mail asking for pre-orders and in that there is a advert for ps2 version on the same day as the other consoles, so it is the same day 21st nov in u.k for all consoles.:o

Please, Eidos, give us a PS2/PS3 demo! Why does PC and Xbox360 players can have one and we can't? TR is part of the Playstation history, why are you "ignoring" it?

I have a PS2 and to my knowledge I never seen anything with downloads, if so where? I have my net hooked up for online play for the games I have but I never seen any DLC for PS2. ,where? I mean if there was to be a DLC for TRU, then how could I download the game?

I think you're getting confused. If there were to be a demo of Underworld on the PS2 it'd be released on disc, not as a download. In that respect, the PS2 doesn't have the capability to download demos (or extra DLC like the 360 & PS3), it can only do online play with games that have Network Play.

Yep, I had an email today too and mine was specifically for the PS2. ;)

This thread isn't asking for DLC, there is no such thing for the PS2, you are right about that. What the OP is asking for is the demo on a disk, available from a gaming mag or something. PC and XBox get a demo, why not everyone else? The PS2, Wii, PS3...it should be available really for all the platforms that are getting the full game.

I can wait till the 21st for the game, but a taster in demo form would have been nice.

Oh that makes sense now. :lol: I was like soo confused, but oh a disk, I get it. Yea that would be cool since my Xbox broke and the PC version does not work because of my bad graphics card. :D
