OK, it sez late October for Xbox 360 live and i hope internet and live is sorted out, and i hope i have got my xbox 360 back from germany where it is being fixed lol. but when is the pc version coming out. i can't remember seeing anything about the pc demo on tombraider.com

The demo for PC & Xbox 360 will be available on Ocober 30 (or 31, i do not remember the exact date).

A lot of people believed the demo would be released today for those two platforms. Apparently if it will be up today it should be around in the next 6-7 hours. If not it will be released on a Tuesday either next Tuesday or the Tuesday after seeings how there are only 3 Tuesdays (14th, 21st, 28th) left in October including today. We were told the demo will be out sometime in October and it will feature the locale Coastal Thailand

Dammit i did not see this thread B4!!

A lot of the gameplay videos on the web are of the demo no?... so it's ready no? but it's not yet on the net for public download or on disc in shops & with gamer 'zines--- This is killing me!!... time was when the demo came out well ahead of the game release... with enough time to get people really acquainted with the new moves etc... I treasured those free 'zine discs... I would never have started playing TR if not for random demo discs

Meanwhile thank God for custom levels and the people who love making them (There is no kissy smiley but BIG KISS to you all you devotees with the brains,patience and creativity... I'm enjoying playing Time Odyssey by trix at the moment :D )

I heared its at the end of Oct ive got a huge problem ive maxed out my internet downloads so i cant download it until mid Nov but it prob in a mag or i might go to my Uncles to download it and put it on a disc or sumthin i wonder how large the file will be.

Yeah i heared that it will be launched on 360 a day b4 than PC or PS3, they seem to be favoritising the 360 dnt they i prefer tomb raider on my laptop its really good because i can take it anywer and its really good quality and high spec i can run many games apart from crysis and assasins creed for some reason however i meet the requirements its just that it goes a bit weird but that can you run it site says i can defenitley play tomb raider underworld ive got a prob tho coz my laptop is brand new ive been putting the software on and stuff off the internet ive maxed the download usage out so i cant download anythin till mid NOV :-( but ill get it sum how coz TOMB RAIDER IS ACE

I wish they wud hurry up and release it its the demo and they have it in turkey and stuff so why not put it on the internet and send it to games for windows magazine and ps3,xbox360 mags we all want the demo and its ONLY the demo so they should let us have it soon it wont effect the sale of it in fact the earkier the better really because if the demo is released so close to its launch then i dnt tend to buy it i know its TOMB RAIDER so ill be defo gettin it, please release the demo next friday or sat,sun or mon im off school next week so i can play the demo then. Have any of u preordered ive not i dnt botha coz at GAME and gamestation i get the preorder stuff anyway coz they no me quite well and they always have enuf stock

The demo's played at conventions are early versions, not the final demo that will be released, game has only been finalised recently and any demo's to be released would still need to be approved, if they have even been made yet. You get the game finished, then make any extra's like demo's. The TRA demo was late, if you really need to play a demo to know if you are going to like the game 1 week should be plenty of time to decide, any more is just a bonus.

To answer you, the demo is announced for next week. Perhaps the 28th, because they said a while ago that it's the day the XBOX usually release stuffes...

We don't know the exact date, but it's official that it's next week (more likely "early" next week, so Monday or Tuesday).
