Tomb Raider Underworld pre-order exclusives/special editions?

What pre-order exclusives and special editions of the game are available and from whom? I know GAME here in the UK have a PS3 exclusive special edition, does anybody know what this includes?

All I’ve heard is that the one from game isn’t the official "mythical collector’s edition"

I believe Gamestop offers an Art Book for free if you pre-order Underworld from them.

I pre-ordered mine from Amazon and you don't get anything. I'm not botherd what comes with it aslong as i get the game. Although getting something would be nice.:p
