Whenever a baddy shoots at Lara the firing is ok but you can hear in the background some kind of sound, it sounds like water, water is playing when the baddy shoots.
What gone wrong here then?

That happens to me, too. I don't know how to get rid of it. I wont swear but I'm not sure whether this sound (Baddy1&2, SAS and troops, so machine guns) was there when I got the LE. I haven't heard it, that's possible.

Well, if you re-integrate the baddy object with Wadmerger into your wad from an original wad (tut1.wad for baddy1 and karnak.wad for baddy2) the sound should be corrected by itself. You'll have to convert your level again for the new sound to take effect.
Well, it worked for me for other objects, so I guess it should work for baddies too.

Well this baddy isn't a normal baddyman. It came with the zip file : sentry gun and wroking VCI guy
and from the start it had the water effect in the back ground from the first day i used him.
anyway to fix this?

So in this case, maybe you can use the sound editor from Wadmerger, at least to find out which sounds are present in the enemy wad (since you cannot delete sound files directly with Wadmerger) and them, once the "weird" sound is identified you can edit the sounds.txt from the sound directory of the LE...
Hope that helps!

But I also have this problem if I use a BADDY1, BADDY2, SAS and TROOPS from the original WADs that came with the LE. But: The WADs of all levels I built and I can remember were created with TRWEST. I created levels using unmodified WADs of the LE but I can't remember if the sound was played there too. But I think I played the tutorial and the sound also occurs when BADDY1 shoot at me.
You have to make a sound convertien with sfx creator, then the sounds will be ok.
