Level 11 jumping the scarab to exit the level in Anniversary!!

I am currently stuck in Anniversary on level 11!!! Someone please help me!! I cannot go any further because I am not able to exit the level. I cannot get Laura to make the jump from the Scarab to the top of the statues shoulders. I have tried repeatedly to get her to jump up so that I can continue on to the next area of the game and then exit the level and no matter what I do nothing works. I have made this jump on other scarabs in other areas of the game and it was fine, no problems but now it just wont happen and I don't know if this is a known bug in the game or if there is something that I need to do to change the settings or if the fact that this is an xbox 360 HD. I don't know if High Def makes a difference in my game play or not but it seems that the weirdest:mad2: things can interfere with game play so if someone could help me out with this I would really appreciate it because I want to finish playing my game!! PLEASE!! I really appreciate it. Eileen:mad2:

Um, I'm a tad tired and can't quite think how to help. But yeah, as Blowhard says you'll be better off in the TRA forum where there are help threads to browse through. Your query may be technical, however, as you're having difficulty with the one scarab jump when you have managed before. Also check out the TRA Tech forums (http://forums.eidosgames.com/forumdisplay.php?f=241). ;)

I know a game with a Laura, there's some scarabs in it too. But in that game Laura doesn't jump the scarabs, I don't think she even sees them. She's an annoying little brat, but I think I'll end up adopting her anyway.

Oh, and I'm looking for my wife, she's kind of dead, but she sent me a letter, uh, yeah. Have you seen her?

If you are talking about the final stage of the level with the two large statues in the room with the adjustable water levels and you have done one of the scarab puzzles [the one on the left-hand statue] then you need to jump to the alcove that has been revealed and pull the switch.
Then, come out of the alcove and jump onto the arm of the statue and climb the ladder up, there you will find a series of small ledges that you will need to jump and shimmy around - if that is not the stage you are at, you had better PM me and I will do my best to help...

That is the part that I am so frustrated about. I did all of this and when I do my last jump off of the last ledge before she lands on the scarab I try to jump up to catch the ledge up above so that I can grab the ledge above and pull her up and then I can carry on to the exit from his shoulders, BUT........... I cannot get her jump up like she is supposed to when she is actually on the scarab itself. I know that this is a timed jump just like some of the others scarab jumps that the other levels have had in the past and I have done them fine in the past but for some reason she just refuses to do this now and unfortunately for me this is the only way out of this level and I cannot continue my game play with out the jump to the area up above on the statues shoulders!!!!:mad2: :mad2: :mad2: I am so frustrated, I have been trying to figure this out for way tooooooo long now. I don't think that I am ever going to get to finish my game.:(
