server patch unavailible

everytime i try to log on it says the server patch is unavailbe try again at another time and its been lik dat for lik 4 days. i no its not my ps2 cause ive tried 2 and it says d same thing. i dont even no wat a patch is or if dat means no1 can log on rite now but it suks!!!!
