C&VG: New Lara takes pop at old Laras

The last paragraph made me smile:

It's quite ridiculous how this article is trying to give Alison Carrol bad publicity by saying she was making a dig at past models. What she said was true, in the past the models didn't do any of Lara's moves, and Alison does. That is a fact not a "pop at old Laras".

As for the Eidos PR bluntly saying "don't even go there", I felt that was a bit over the top. Couldn't he/she just say, "can we skip this question please".

Maybe I'm just taking this too personally, the article and the Eidos PR were probably doing nothing wrong. I've just had a very sad day :( ...

The Eidos public relations have every right to come out with a comment like that. They have been through this fiasco before and I presume that they're fed up with it all.

Whoever written this article needs lessons in interpretation. I say that from a non biased video as quite frankly, it's quite obvious she isn't taking a pop at past Lara Croft models. She merely passed comment that she was basically more athletic then them.

Which is FACT.

The author is just looking for something to disparage, but the least they could of done is do it properly. Shesh, what a waste of time reading that bunch of ****
