FYI, the only doll I ever had was the 1st Lara statue/doll, and all of the classic TR figures. I was never intrested in Barbie. The Baseboll and Basket stadium on the back of my house was enough for me when I was little.

atleast I have a job. I get payed pretty well, and it's enough for me. I don't need a job there they pay me billions per month. I have friends and family. I have finished school with 9's and 10's, but I chose a poor job instead. Because, I can't be arsed enough to play a hero.

Well, I found that the TRA was very dark, I mean the colours, and I personally don´t like to fight a lot, I prefer to explore so I found it very boring...I couldn´t even end it because I got bored...A lot of hanging (too much), a lot of enemies and very gray colouring. I don´t know...there were better ones. :(

The TRL was much much better, but again the colouring inside the temples was very dark. The graphic quality was very good in the two of them. I loved the rays of light with those kind of butterflies. :)

well a kiss for everyone and don´t fight...everyone has a different opinion ;)

Indeed, you are the oddball in TRA. Of course there are the occasional interactive cutscenes with Kid and the sadistic Kold, but that's rare.

Yeah I think you probably wouldve appreciated Anniversary more if you played the original TR.

i liked them both and i can't choose which one i like best. Legend had a great story and i liked anniversary because i started tomb raider with tr 2 and never played tr 1.

Okay, children. Cut it out. We need to bring this thread back on topic or else the Mods will shut it down.

I had played and replayed both games. IMO Anniversary had a slight edge over Legend since this game had no backup team for Lara to talk to nor many bad guys or boss battles to deal with. Both games are base on what made Tomb Raider a great game in the first place - Exploration of ancient and lost tombs, finding treasures in them and avoiding ancient and sometime totally lethal traps.:thumbsup:

It's this type of free exploration that made the latest game - Underworld - such a delight and sometime frustrating game to play. Let's hope Crystal will do better with the next Tomb Raider game - whenever that might be. :whistle:

With Legend, I like the way she could shoot and swing at the same time. they took that away with Anniversary. I don't like the graple in either of them. But I do like the way that they made her able to go faster on the ledges. I've got the other games, and now and then I play them...but the hanging around for her to move faster is just a nightmare.

In closing, they both have good points (along with bad ones) but that's all in the eye of the beholder huh?
