Okay, so you have entered the area shown in the video, right? With Lara's back to the door, run forward and go underwater, if you swim to face the land, there is an underwater opening to a tunnel. Swim through the tunnel, keeping right until eventually you'll come to a ledge with a switch. Use the switch to open the door.

Your link was a little confusing, I think you meant it more as a visual description as to where you're stuck yes?

To open the door to Tihocan's tomb, when you first swim into the area, swim down and to the left. There is an underwater tunnel down at the bottom on the right-hand wall (that leads beneath the area where you take on the Centaurs). The tunnel's entrance is large, but easily missed if you don't swim down far enough. At the end of the tunnel you'll emerge and find the switch that opens the door.

did you know that on the xbox 360 version in greece, beginning of a few levels you here pier talk, in the coliseum and tomb of tihocan, i don't think he does in st francais folly or midas's palace, in the coliseum he goes 'you must pick up the pace' or something like it and in tomb of tihocan i can't remember coz its a long sentence. lol
