i keep getting taken down by the sniper in the tunnel on cracking up where is he or is there a way to just avoid him

If Cracking Up is the level where your in the back of the van and need to clear the Police barricade in the tunnel, then the sniper is behind the right hand police car. Just send Lynch after him because he will ignore Lynch.

yeah, thats cracking up and kendog is right there'll be two cops by a car on the right hand side...

take cover and shoot at them, but if you see the sniper scope, try to move around evasively...

i like to take that cop's sniper rifle afterwards...you can actually kill two people with one shot if one's in front of another...
you dont even need a headshot

Actually Max, you can mow down what I think is a infinite amount of people. I shot 1 bullet at the subway and it killed/downed about 6 SWAT. Can be done on any difficulty. Just try and get them all grouped in a line and let out a good shot.
