OKAY...im trying to make a team deathmatch but blue spawns in my base...how do i make the blue only spawn in there base and red in mine?

TEAM STARTS ONLY WORK IN CAPTURE THE BAG

did you place blue and red spawning points? For capture the bag, its helpful to place a number of spawning points for each team, that way they all don't spawn in random area's or not at all.
