Multiplayer problems

As well as problems with the single player, choppiness and whatnot, i cannot seem to get into the mutliplayer, it cannot log into server, is this a problem on my end or what?

First test other games see if the same problem
happens with non eidos games

I play games online regularly... so i am wondering if i don't have something set right, or if its a problem with their servers?
