Favourite Hitman Game?

Mine would have to be Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, Just thought the missions were fab and the hide out style place you have is also the coolest. Plus the best mission on it is the ones where you reek havoc inside the petrobas towers.

I like contracts best because the missions are deep and interesting and there are alot of weapons. That cool minigun is amazing too. But Hitman 2 is also very good but the Japanese lvls always tick me off. Its not my fault they get ran over!!!

The Japenese levels do **** me off too, but the Kula-Lumpa missions are so good, they cancel the poorness Japenese ones out :)

Hi guys ^_^ im from kuala lumpur malaysia,and ive been to the petronas towers..and boy does it brings back memories.The costume detail on the guards were a lil off though

My fave hitman game is definitely blood money.From the cutscenes to gameplay to the story,everything is very refined.Even the 47's running animation is cooler

And a special hello to a fellow South East Asian in Naga_Shesh. I'm from Singapore mate;) . Ok I voted for Silent Assassin. As it was for me the best of the series, 2nd for me would be Contracts, 3rd Codename 47 and Last Blood Money.

The reason for my vote: I played Silent Assassin only recently after playing all the other 3. And after playing it I have to say it was incredibly challenging to teeth. The missions were thick and fast. That was deffinatley the hardest of the lot. I have the distinct feeling they sanitized (for a lack of a better word Less Challenging) Blood Money to appeal it to a broader audience.

But for sheer gameplay I still prefer Contracts. But since this is a vote based on overall package I can't go for Contracts. Although I still play Contracts more often than not just for kicks!

Played them all and saw most potential in Blood Money.

If I remember right, Silent Assassin was more of shooter game than hitman game towards the end.
Kinda like the last mission of 47.

I also like Hitman 2 : Silent Assassin. Its a nice game of Hitman series and this game is very challenging to play. Graphics of the game looks very amazing.

While Blood Money was so well rounded, Contracts had a great atmosphere to it. Although it wasted too much on the Triad levels and lacked cqc, it had great guns and who could forget the Beldingford Manor.

I preferred the first one: the graphics were really good by that time's standards (and when I played it again last year I still found them okay), plus I never really liked the controls in the following versions. Console ports, eh...

HITMAN 2: Silent Assassin was by far the most realistic,

CODENAME 47 was good and Silent Assassin just continued from CODENAME 47 left off but the rest BLLOD MONEY and CONTRACTS went a bit off track, they were good but not as good as number 2,


I hope HITMAN 5 combines bits of all the previous games like certain killings were people can be drowned or smothered but still keeps it real like Silent Assassin.

Let me say one more thing about why contracts was the best. All the levels in the game were just about perfect and I loved those missions about the two chinese triads. But the main reason I like contracts the best is the style in transition from stage to stage. contacts was a masterpiece a true work of art.
Beside that silent assassin had the best stages but also had a lot of annoying things about it. While Blood Money had had all the controls and gameplay work out there were a lot of things I didn't like about that I'm not going to get into right now.
