unfortunately it is not obtainable and many have tried, sorry to tell you but there is no point in trying to find it, its way too hard to get.

While discussion about the OST is certainly allowed linking to sites that contain the OST's is not. There will probably a few soundtracks there that are released but there will also be a lot of them that are not.

As far as the Just Cause OST goes I don't know if there was an OST released, haven't been following the game. What you could do is have a look on ebay although I think you've already done that. Another thing you might want to do is to look for game music extractors, I believe dragon unpacker is something like that, do a search and if you're lucky there may be a tool that supports the music format of the Just Cause game to be extracted from your game files.

Ah well I have the playstation version so yeah. I'd love to buy the sound track rather than download it, but w/e.

If you have the PC version, you could probably use something like dragon unpacker to get them out. However, the file extensions are .SAB and I haven't seen any programs that run those.
