Hi,
I cant take over any more settlements with the Guerrilla, i can with the Roija.
When i speak to the captain for taking over a settlement i can only do side missions.
I think it happened after i did the Agency mission for the weapons deal with the montano-guerrilla.
My rank with the guerrilla is Alferez.
Ik hope to hear from u soon.

I found out i can't take over settlements on the island with the volcano only.
I have taken over 3-4 settlements on the north side there but i can't take over the rest. I don't know if it has something to do with the storyline, i just did the River of Blood mission for the agency.

you have to have a safehouse in the area in order to start taking over settlements in a province, you can tell when you have because the province will become red on the political map instead of blue. Its easy enough to get a safehouse.
hope this helped.

Thanks,
I found out the same thing as you just said. The weird thing is that i the game doesnt follow the numbers of the safehouses. For example, when i had the guerilla safehouse nr. 12 the next one was nr. 15. I got the other safehouses later on in the game.

Really? I thought you had to first complete the main mission on the island before taking over provinces?

I just finished the storyline before I started liberating. It's based on safehouses and progress in the storyline.

In order to do liberations, the province must be 'Politicaly Unstable'
