So I completed K&L last night.

Overall, I'm pleased I bought it and I'm happy to say I did enjoy it, although the ending (I didn't take the chopper!) was a right pisser and I wanted something more.

There are some really bad bits to it, and it really should of been developed on a newer graphics engine, but on the whole I thought it had a good story, I liked the characters, the team system worked most of the time and they actually killed people rather then just being bullet magnets.

I'm also happy I only paid £20 for it, which I think its all its really worth as its only really 8 hours of gameplay at a push and the MP isn't really gonna be good for more then a few games here and there.

I just hope that the developers take not of our complaints and make K&L 2 a better game.

Glad you enjoyed the game.
You are right about the price. This is deffinately a £20 game and not a £40+ game.
I think if game developers were a little more honest about the product they have produced and priced it accordingly (i.e. value for money) then they would probably ultimately make more and have *****ed fewer people off in the process.

I think you are very wrong about the multiplayer though.
I am not sure what you usually play online.. but i am a massive fan of all the typical titles... however i found Fragile Aliance matches offered me something different. Once you start playing it, you really start to develop a feel for how to maniuplate people... and that becomes addictive.
In no other game i play, does the lobby pay such a crucial role in the way the match plays out... you can sound people out... or have a bit of a joke banter with them and essentially try and win people over onto your side before you screw them for all they have :lmao:

I agree that its not something i will play endlessly, every evening, for hours and hours on end... but i DO find that i am actually popping it on for half an hour sessions here and there.

It also helps to be an achievement whore as these give you something to aim towards.

PS3 owner, so no worries there.

I'm sure the MP is great when you get a good room going, but it really is just a nice after thought and not a reason to keep a game, which is why mine will be sold next week.

I just hope they make K&L 2 and use a much newer and more competent engine this time around.

is this game long? how many missions? I'm barley at the mission where I get the briefcase from ramamoto I don't know if I'm spelling it right, but yeah this game is great and hopefully there will be K&L 2.
