Place the largest room down but don't rotate it. Place a hallway connecting to the large room via the bottom door. Make sure that you place a red key door here so that you can't finish objective C right away.
This map uses victorian textures. The weapons on the map are (custom settings) Silenced pistol, AK47, Gerrett, Luger, Shotgun. The enemies are as follows (custom settings):
Enemies 1-3= Miner AKA Jebediah Crump
Enemies 4-10= Any military soldier, I chose SGT shock, you can have a mix of Siberia like soldiers.
The starting point should be right next to the red door inside the large room. Place the silenced pistol as close to your location as possible, all of this should be on the first floor.
Place the miners close to the center of the room and have them on patrol keeping near the center still. This way, if you manage to not cause a ruckus and get every ones attention, you can see them from a higher floor and it seems as though they are all working. One miner should have a luger, another should have a shotgun (the 2 shell max one) and the last one should have a gerrett.
Place the soldiers wherever you want and put them on patrol if you want, but any that are stationary, set them on the "span & wait." Have them respawn 20 times and have them respawn every 20 seconds. This respawning will tie in with a mission objective. This also makes sneaking around more of a suggestion than an option, even on easy. Make sure the soldiers have Ak47's. I would suggest at least 3 spawn & wait soldiers.
The first logic should be objective A or "waste the workers." Make the triggers "Enemy 1 killed, Enemy 2 killed, and Enemy 3 killed." The action should be that objective A would be complete.
Create a new logic and place down a switch in the very center of the room on the first floor that will start a timer, I named the switch "reactor power" and the timer "reactor power."
Create a new logic that uses the timer trigger (the "start timer" action places the same timer you started in triggers) and have it last for 2:00 minutes. The actions for this trigger should be that objective B or "shut down power plant" would be complete and a red key would spawn somewhere, you could place the key where ever you want.
Create another logic, and make the trigger a location, its action objective C or "Exit the plant." The location should be just beyond the red door in the hall.
Hope this is clear enough so that you can make this map pretty much the same I did, save weapon and enemy placements. You can change some of the stuff around if you want, you can even add stuff if you want, I can't stop you from doing so. I'm working on a mission where you must sneak around or you fail.
If you have any maps you would like to describe go right ahead, just make sure they are simple enough to put into words. Can't really describe a level with many twisting corridors.
