How do you Uninstall Just Cause?!

I looked on my Add/Remove Programs, Nothing there. I tried unintalling it from the Start menu option, I can't because Theres a problem and it cant do it for some reason.

I tried an Uninstall Program, Couldnt find it.

This is stupid how do I uninstall it?!
