Graphic Problems

So i got a verrry annoying graphic problem with this game:

My specs are:
Intel AB9 Pro
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400
2gb Ram
Ati Radeon X1950 Pro 320 MB
Win Vista 64

Yes i have, it didnt work :(

EDIT: Now i got it all working, just putted all allmost to the max
