DX SDK fatal error at startup?

When I start up the Deus Ex SDK I get a fatal error and it freezes. The error is "Class PlayerPawn Member Player Problem script=1492 c++=1488
History: UEditorEngine::InitEditor<- UEditorEngine::<- initengine"

Any ideas as to what this is?

open ur CD then go inside system folder then copy all of the files then paste it inside ur system folder then if it does not work..
try to reinstall SDK and if dosent works again
try to download SDK then reinstall (from other site)
if it does not work again try to download SDK2 then..if it does not work again it means u dont have some Files.
