I think it looks good without the tie, but to copy an outfit from something else, it needs to have all (or most) the details.

...That looks just like one of my outfits that has not been realsed yet... But she had lighter hair color blue top and bule jean pants.
I'm not kiding around here it looks just like it, just difrent textures.

Ps. I think it would look kinda odd with a tie, I like it just the way it is ;)
