need some help!

ok so i havent played the game in a few months and just redownloaded from direct2drive am i correct in assuming that there is only one patch that is needed which is available on the direct to drive website?

when i install this patch i cannot play the iowa mission pack as it says i need patch 1.1 or later however if i install that patch it asks for the cd/dvd to be in drive, as these patches have cd checks.

so what do i do, is there any way to have the direct2drive version patched and the iowa mission packs?

at last u need 2 patches!
basic version is 1.0--->1.1---->1.1.1 + iowa mission pack
i use the dvd version so i dont know were u must load the patch & mission pack!
latest version is 1.1.1

1.1 version which is required for the iowa mission pack(i think) has a cd check

i would really like a response from someone who has a downloaded version and knows what to do.
