I cannot believe that I can't get Tomb Raider to work on my Windows XP pc! AAAAGH. Has anyone else had and conquered the XP puzzle? I'm using ATI's Raedon 9000 128mb video card on a P4 2.53g processor with 1gig ram, Avance AC97 Audio and Legacy Video capture devices. Am I doomed to life without Croft, or can this be patched?

Thanks - I sure hope so. Tomb Raider is the only pc game series I've ever been able to "get into." It would be a bummer to not be able to play them anymore.

just checked www.tombraiderchronicles.com and they have the patch for 2K/XP. Scrool down on lower left side and you'll see where to Download.

AntiSnipe could tell you, but they banned him for no apparent reason and refuse to answer his many emails asking what happened. Do a search for "AntiSnipe" and look for posts about Windows XP or 2000.

I don't know if these patches are any different but, you could try downloading the patches from The Croft Times (http://www.cubeit.com/ctimes/). They have patches for every game except TR 2 & TR3, which work fine on XP, as long as you adjust the compatibility for TR2. I got Chronicles and the other games to work on my XP using the patches. If you want to check out the patches, just go to the downloads section. :)
