Did your copy of the game not come with a paper map?

But anyhow, just enter your little PDA gadget thing and there is a map option there. You can also order an extraction if you get stuck in a jungle (as long as you can get to a relatively clear area).

The 360 version ans ps2 version doesn't come with a map.
