Creat Outdoor maps?

Can i create n e outdoor multiplayer maps, cause that would be awesome. Also i'm into ohmaha beach, is there n e ways i can make a hill or somethin or is there alrdy a map like that in ts2?
O and n e body know n e good ts2 fan sites with lot's of info?
