The platform you're fighting on adjoins a wall on three sides. Standar combat/Adrenaline Dodge (AD) rules apply. Just like the Centaurs, he alternates charges. The first is just a charge, but every even numbered charge, he tries to smash you with his hand. When he's just charging, your back should be to the bare edge. After successful AD and headshot, he'll roll off and catch the ledge. You need to shoot the hand. The more firepower the better. If he pulls himself back up, the battle continues. When he tries to smash you, his hand will get stuck in the ground. Now shoot his hand. Again, the more firepower, the better.

Before long, he will be hanging onto the edge and you will have hurt him enough that he'll let go and perish in the lava WAY below.
