ahhh big problem help please

i recently reformatted my computer, so jsut cause has been running great.
Unfortunatly when im falling the falling music does not play, and my water is liek invisible but stil there, i am not at my computer right now, so i cant post my computer spec. :(

i jsut fixed my water problem, sound options? what do you mean, the only option are adjusting voice, music, and effect volume, by the way music is to the max :confused:

I think something the music really does not play when your falling.
e.g. Music will only play when your in a vehicle or on a
mission or at a safe house. If your not doing anything, then music will not play.
