Is there a walkthrough for the level, Strange World, out there?

Hey trouble !!! How's that mem working - get your puter all back together ???

If anybody would know about a walk, Drew would, maybe he'll stop by, or send him a note - I just checked his site, and Strange World is not there, but there are plenty of other games with walks to choose from...

mem working great! did a few other things to puter to make it work better with aol. had a few programs running didn't need, it slowed the thing down some. downloaded Strange and it was a bad zip file so can't play it yet. so am looking for something easy...lol...you do know I am not a tomb raider...just a tomb looker!(:D ) but I do like to play it!

I'm playing Imhotep, it's fairly easy to set up...

I have a trle folder that I copy & rename, then after Imhotep is unzipped, I export all the files to the renamed trle. Then copy the .wav files into the audio folder (there's a 093.wav to DL & unzip too). Then the .tr4 files into the data folder. Then click on the tomb4.exe, and you're playing !!!

The good thing about Drew's custom game DLs, is that he has walkthrus too...

Jim, I guess there is just a mental block in my thick head becasue I have mucho trouble when it comes to having to move files around and everything. I'm okay when I have to put all files into one and then load...but when I have to do what you did for Strange...well, things get strange! I recently tried to get the first four levels of the Rescue series to ran and ran into problems. I guess I'll have to stick to the levels like Atlantis where it was pretty straight forward.

STRANGE that you mention Rescue - I've been trying to DL & get the first two levels going & can't, so don't feel too bad...

Imhotep is easier, cause you don't have to do that tom2 conversion thing, but I guess I'm still missing something with Rescue - one hint is that there was no readme file in English, & my French isn't too good (non-existant)...

On the other hand, psiko's games are practically ready to play, but hard to play, if you know what I mean... LOL -

Know what you mean! :D I just wish all the levels loaded the same and did that easily. I'm running a short level now, the Red Snow Palace, which loaded with the fly thingy...at least its somwthing till AOD. I did buy Max payne too.

If Max Payne runs on your puter, AOD prolly will too !!!

I like those 1st person games OK, but I prefer TR 3rd person because I use a mouse all day at work...

Yep, Max runs! All I need now is to learn it! Pretty easy so far, except I had to redo some controls as I am so use to TR. Have you palyed a fan level (TR) called the Red Snow Palace? Just started it and don't have a clue! LOL:D
