Can't Pick Up Ammo

It started with shotgun shells, now I can't pick up magnum clips either. I picked up the shotgun and magnums fine (I'm in Greece right now), but the game won't recognize ammo as a pick-up. If this problem continues by the time I find my Uzies...well, let's not go there.

It started with shotgun shells, now I can't pick up magnum clips either. I picked up the shotgun and magnums fine (I'm in Greece right now), but the game won't recognize ammo as a pick-up.
This wouldn't be a problem if you used that ammo once in a while.

If you desperately want to pick it up, fire a shot, reload and waste most of the ammo by picking it up...
